On the afternoon of January 21, 2025, the 2024 Annual Summary Conference of Xinyi Electric Storage (XES) was successfully held. The conference reviewed the achievements and experiences of the past year, recognized outstanding teams and individuals, outlined the key tasks for 2025, and mapped out a new chapter for the company's high-quality development. Over 50 attendees participated in the conference, including senior management at the Assistant Minister level and above, sales representatives, mid-to-senior professional title personnel within the group, and representatives of outstanding employees. The conference was attended by Chairman Mr. TungChing Sai, Executive Director Mr Yinhe Wu, Executive Director and CEO Mr. Mohan Wang, along with leaders in charge of various departments and systems.

The meeting was held via video conference, with the Wuhu R&D Center as the main venue and additional locations set up in Zhangjiagang, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Indonesia, and Malaysia industrial parks. The attendees listened to reports from the heads of various departments and subsidiaries of XES, as well as system leaders, on the completion of 2024 tasks and plans for 2025.
Chairman Mr. Tung Ching Sai, on behalf of the Xinyi Group Board extended sincere greetings and New Year wishes to all XES employees and their families, recognizing the contributions made by all employees to the Xinyi Group's success. He pointed out that, in the face of a global economic downturnas well as the increased competitionand challengeswithin the industry, he hopes that all XES teams will embrace challenges, seize the opportunities and drive innovation, and push forward to achieve the breakthroughs in energy storage.

Regarding the development strategy for 2025, CEO Mohan Wang emphasized the pursuit of high-quality growth on a solid foundation. He stressed the importance of conducting in-depth research into the new energy market and staying attuned to global market dynamics. In business, the company aims to aggressively expand into Southeast Asia and the South African markets, with expanding the overseas distribution channels for energy storage and photovoltaic encapsulant films. Product innovation will continue to focus on energy storage system integration technology development to maintain a technological edge. In terms of team building, talent incentive policies will be launched to consolidate the core workforce. CEO Mohan Wang noted that 2024 was a challenging year for the industry, but XES has managed to persevere and achieve certain milestones thanks to the hard work of all employees. In 2025, with both opportunities and challenges ahead, he hopes that all employees will unite, strengthen collaboration, and set sail for a new journey.
