On October 22,Mr.Danton Ginting Munthe, Director General of Transmigration Area Development (PPKTrans) of Indonesia and Ms.Erlin Chaerlinatun, Head of Public Relations of Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of Indonesia led the delegation with more than 20 people of the "Benchmarking Study to China" to visit the administrative center of Xinyi Group. The event was hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia and undertaken by the Management Cadre Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
Mr.Kuangya Dong, CEO of Xinyi Energy, andMr.Mohan Wang , CEO of Xinyi Electric Storage, attended the event and hold the reception.
The Village Heads (Kades) visited the digital high-tech exhibition hall of Xinyi R&D Center, Anhui Xinyi Ecological PV Plant Science Museum, Anhui Fishery Photovoltaic Complementary Power Station and the world's first large-scale floating PV power plant of Xinyi.
Mr. Mohan Wang said that Xinyi Group has been focusing on glass manufacturing and renewable energy solutions, and is committed to using solar photovoltaic technology to achieve sustainable agricultural development and solve the problem of electricity use in remote rural areas globally.
Director General of PPKTrans, Danton Ginting Munthe appreciated the study visit and believed that it was informative and fruitful.He said: " This is an important moment for the Kades to study the field of renewable energy and implement sustainable practices in Indonesian villages."
These 20 Village Heads (Kades) who participated in the visit are looking forward to applying the knowledge gained during the visit to improve infrastructure and renewable energy practices in their regions.
